Month At A Glance – March 2008

Announcements:

  • Please encourage all members to go to www.crcglobal.org and click on “Calvary Revival Church Member login to access their personal profile.  They can also view the church calendar of events and much more. Email address is required.

Care Fest 2008:

  • Please begin collecting seed offering tonight and don’t forget to record all gifts, identify type of gift (cash or check), and verify the total amount of all funds with two signatures of the form provided. 

  • All seed offering funds are to be sealed in envelop with the Care Group Leaders name and date of collection; please print clearly.  Please do not put collected funds in mailboxes but give them directly to Minister Cliff Hedgspeth or Sis. Clementine Hedgspeth, Deacon Dwight or Sis. Joyce Linyear, or Deborah Frye on Sunday, March 23, 2008.
 

Member Logon at CRCglobal.org – All Care Group Leader are to logon ASAP.  Call the CMO Office @ 321-7724 if you run into any problems.  All members are encouraged to logon to the church membership database and update their personal information ASAP. In order to logon, an email address is required to be already in your record.  Therefore, summit your email address to your care group leader to be added prior to your registration.  Please add your “date of birth” and a “personal photo” if required.
 

CGL Reminders

  • The mailboxes have been relocated to the front stairwell, inside the door behind the BCM desk.  Due to construction, we no longer have room for the CGL mailboxes but the reports can still be submitted in the slot provided.  All correspondence to the Care Group Leaders will be done online or you can download your lesson from the website. 
  • Study the lesson ahead of time. (Read announcements to the group and be prepared to facilitate). 
  • Please contact or call everyone on your roster.  Remember personal contact is still very important.
  • Please check your ACS for your new rosters.
  • Submit your ACS electronic report within 24 hours of your meeting and be sure to post the correct meeting date.
  • Please turn in all manual reports no later than Sunday Morning either before or after the services. (Emailed reports are also acceptable and may be sent to cmhedgspeth@nsu.edu or chedgspeth@crcglobal.org.
  • Reports should be submitted in two separate formats: regular report form to be completely filled out and electronic attendance report form through the ACS system. Both reports should reflect the same information.
 

Follow up:  We need all those who will follow-up a new convert to contact the District Leader for their group or call the church office at 321-7735 to receive a new convert assignment.

For those of you wishing to follow up a new convert the next Follow-up Workshop (one-to-one) will be on Monday, March 17th at 7:00pm.  Those wishing to participate via telephone follow-up the next training will be on Monday, March 10th at 7:00pm.
