Dr. Richard Hilton and his wife, Theresa were married on June 3, 1977 in the same town where Dr. Hilton was born, Elizabethton, Tennessee. Shortly after their marriage, they left for Bible College. By 1982, they served as full time evangelists. In April 1985, God brought them back to Elizabethton to pioneer and plant Calvary Church. For over 20 years they served the body of Christ faithfully. Operating as “pastors to pastors”, they oversee many ministries including five churches comprised of pastors sent out from Calvary. Pastor Richard earned his Masters Degree from Life Christian University and Doctorate from Victory Bible Institute. He serves as Bishop, Assistant Overseer, and World Missions ambassador to the Calvary Alliance of Churches.
