Pastor Janeen is a powerful and gifted teacher of God’s Word and is proficient in leadership development in both sacred and secular settings.

She serves as the co-pastor of Calvary Revival Church (CRC) and as a member of the church’s Governing Council She was ordained into Christian ministry under Bishop Richard Hilton of Calvary Church in Johnson City, Tennessee, and served faithfully as an elder in the church alongside her husband, Bishop B. Courtney McBath, until they were sent to Norfolk, Virginia, in 1990 to found CRC.

Pastor Janeen is responsible for CRC’s ministries of prayer and praise, worship, and arts. She also serves on the Advisory Board of Calvary Alliance of Churches and Ministries, the global ministry network founded by her husband. She is chairperson of the board of Calvary Christian School System, located in Norfolk, and owns two businesses—the Queen’s Chamber Boutique and the Private Moments Day Spa. Pastor Janeen founded and leads a regional women’s ministry, Women of Life; and she serves as the founding president of House of Esther Ministries, Inc., a place called HOME for pregnant teens.

"A wife of Noble Character who can find her? She is worth far more than Rubies. Her husband has full confidence in her and lacks nothing of value. She brings him good not harm, all the days of her life...” “Her children arise and call her blessed; her husband also, and praises her. Many women do noble things, but you surpass them all. Charm is deceptive; and beauty is fleeting; but a women who fears the Lord is to be praised” (Proverbs 31: 10-12; 28-30 NIV).
